Is there a difference between Army Camo and Hunting Camo? If there is, what's the difference?

I've always wanted to know if there is a difference. It looks to me as if there is a difference, I just don't know if there really is a difference. Is there a difference between Army Camo and Hunting Camo? If there is, what's the difference?
In theory, both camo patterns exist to hide the person wearing the outfit.

For hunting animals, the camo is supposed to make you appear to be a branch/bush/tree/shadow. Most animal's vision is (mostly) gray scale, and more attuned to looking for food and predators.

For hunting people (military), the camo is more geared towards being invisible. Humans are very good at picking out shapes, movement, and many things out of the ordinary. If you can appear to not be there (as opposed to being a weird bush) then the camo is working properly. Is there a difference between Army Camo and Hunting Camo? If there is, what's the difference?
Yes. I'm not really that familiar with hunting camo, but I believe a lot of hunters wear a tigerstripe pattern, which was used by U.S. forces in the Vietnam War. The ACUs worn currently by the Army and MARPAT worn by the Marines are both digital patterns and for use only by members of the respective branch. A couple of interesting features of the ACU is that there is no black present in the uniform, and when viewed by infared, the wearer is shown as a 'friendly'. The MARPAT uniform has the eagle, globe, and anchor emblem broken up in the pattern. Of course these two uniforms are just a couple of many used throughout the military.
There is a green cammo and a brown. That's the only two kinds.
